“In the beginning of a change, the Patriot is a scarce man and brave, hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him, for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.”

– Mark Twain

The Liberal Main Stream Media thought they were the only game in town. They forgot about us… The Citizen Journalists. Together we will report news the MSM will not. Bring it and post it for everyone to see.

Citizen Journalist News is designed to assist and supply local writers and journalists with a very necessary tool. Every Author needs a home base to operate from. We wish to have anyone who wishes to have their voice heard, join us.  Our requirements are simple… We loosely require a minimum of one (1) article every two weeks. We understand everyone has other pressing issues in life and given that reality, one every couple weeks is a good achievable goal. Secondly, we require an editorial format which has been content vetted. We do not accept conspiracy theory, un-vetted,  unsubstantiated, and/or short multi-paragraph brain dumps as content. There are other mediums who accept those such as Facebook, Twitter and a plethora of other readily available Social Media sites. Articles must be Q/A’d and posted in block print. And yes, we will help you get started and from there it will be very simple for you.  Simply write, then post.

Once your account has been established, your articles will place you in the running for the Citizen Journalist News annual Journalist of the Year award or simply called the “JOTY”.

We encourage all political parties to Join us and help us. Once your article has been posted, simply share the URL with your favorite Social Media sites and encourage your readers to help you succeed by honestly rating your submitted pieces. I say honestly, because we are here to not just win, but to become better writers, more powerful Journalists, and more informative through our Journalistic endeavors.
