Why Hillary Clinton Will Not Run
For at least two months, I have been telling my readers that Hillary Clinton will not run for president in 2016. I think it is time that I make my case and list the reasons why I believe she will not run.
1) SHE IS A TERRIBLE CAMPAIGNER
Her husband has charisma that drew people to him but his wife is totally lacking. She is just as apt as Joe Biden to make a gaffe. “What difference does it make?”
“Don’t let anyone tell that, ah, you know, it’s corporations and businesses that create jobs.”
“You know that old theory — trickle-down economics. That has been tried. That has failed. It has failed rather spectacularly.”
“A senator from Illinois ran against a senator from New York just as had happened way back with a senator from Illinois named Lincoln and a senator from New York named Seward. And it turned out the same way.” (Lincoln lost to Stephen Douglas. So not only did she have the wrong name but she also had the wrong winner)
She is terrible in press conferences but was able to win in New York, where you can take a crap, mark it with a “D” and it will win.
She would be 69 when she would take office. Reagan was older but then again he wasn’t a liberal and had run the largest state in the union for 8 years.
Hillary wants to spend time with her granddaughter but if she were elected president, she wouldn’t have that time.
Hillary is finding big donors are hesitant to donate to her campaign, with many of them waiting for Elizabeth Warren to run.
5) ELIZABETH WARREN
After Obama, the hard left will not be happy with Hillary. The far left extreme Elizabeth Warren (With the high cheek bones) is their choice. The left wants to finish off capitalism and Warren is just the person who can do it.
If Hillary lost two primaries, it would make her a two time loser. Despite what you hear from the tamestream press Hillary is anything but a shoo in. Losing would be a huge blow to her ego and to her legacy.
Hillary’s health is very uncertain and she has had spells where she passed out. She is at an age where other parts of her body is ready to give in. The strain of being president could accelerate the process.
8) THE MAGIC IS GONE
There was a time when a visit from Hillary or Bill (especially Bill) was a slam dunk. The 2014 elections cemented what people have thought for quite a while. The Clinton era is dead. They both endorsed a dozen candidates and appeared for them and almost every single one of them lost.
